Cindy is an experienced, creative, and compassionate individual, couples and group counselor. She specializes in couple and individual counseling. She has experience in addressing: depression, anxiety, co-dependency, couples issues, women's issues, domestic violence, and trauma. Cindy is a bi-lingual counselor; she is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Cindy obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from St. Thomas University . She received her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University . She is also an Imago Relationship Therapist and was trained in this special approach to couples counseling by the Institute for Imago Relationship Therapy.
Cindy is a personable, creative and empathic group leader and is currently offering personal growth groups for women, addressing topics such as building self-esteem, self-love/nurturance, spirituality, healthy boundaries, and assertiveness. She has clients explore these topics utilizing both expressive and creative methods. She also holds workshops for couples teaching them how to create loving, supportive and intimate relationships. She has led support groups for Survivors of Domestic Violence, Parenting, and Self Esteem Groups for Women and Adolescent Girls.
Cindy is a warm and respectful therapist who challenges and empowers men/women, couples and teens to create a balanced and joyful life!

CLAUDIA CARDONA, LMHC

Clinically Certified Domestic Violence Counselor
Claudia Cardona is a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Clinically Certified Domestic Violence Counselor who has been in private practice since 1998. She works from a position of belief in an individual's ability to change and obtain personal growth. She offer services to individuals, couples and families. Her main goal is assisting clients to explore personal strengths and use their assets in creating realistic goals. Understanding patterns and triggers from all stages of ones life helps to address and find solutions for current problems.
In a safe and caring environment clients are able to evaluate their behaviors and pin point areas that need work. Claudia helps clients explore ways to create healthier alternatives for behaviors and thoughts and learn effective ways of applying these tools to live more fulfilling lives. Creativity, respect and her genuine desire to help others drive her work in bringing about lasting solutions.
Claudia is a member of the Women of Spanish Origin Association and works closely with women issues as well as cultural assimilation conflict with Hispanic clients. She is also a provider for DUI groups for the Broward Council of alcoholism.
